Aloha -> AMPLIFIED
The Amplify Aloha course will provide a rigorous exploration of aloha as well as skill building around application of aloha in your life, business and community. The course is designed and led by Malia Kaʻaihue. A minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 30 people can attend each course.*

Meet Mālia
Mālia Kaʻaihue is a mom of eight raising her ʻohana (family) with her husband Duane DeSoto in Mākaha, Oʻahu. After completing her Master’s and Ph.D degrees in Political Science Mālia started her career teaching and directing programs at the University of Hawaiʻi. After a decade of working in the public sector, Mālia shifted her work into the private sector and to date she has founded eight very successful businesses. She is sought out for her extraordinary strategic ability to engage diverse communities and amplify cultural integration through design, communications and planning.
